Centre commercial Nampa Gateway Center, Boise : hôtels à proximité

« Hôtel tout neuf, chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Néanmoins, cela ne fait pas tout. Chambre non faite le 2eme jour et serviettes non changées. Nous n'avons donc pas pu prendre de douche vu que ces dernières avaient traîné au sol. Obligées de descendre à l'accueil pour en avoir deux propres. Petit déjeuner le plus pauvre en choix de tout notre road trip. Arrivées à 8h30, plus rien dans les plats, plus d'oeufs, plus de quiche, plus de pâte à gaufre plus d'english muffins, et pareil le'demain. et...

« My family and I had a nice stay. We really enjoyed the hotel and setup. We will most likely be back in the future. Our favorite part was their breakfast. There is a little bit of a variety which is nice. Even my picky eaters in my family found something they liked. Which in turn helped us from having to spend extra money eating out. All of the staff was extremely helpful and nice. Our room was clean. The entire hotel was kept cleaned. »

« AC was out all three nights around 78-80 degrees in the room during the night. They didn’t have any fans available. We had to buy a fan to keep cool the first one. We were able to finally “borrow” a fan the second and third night. »

« Expedia shows that this hotel had a hot tub. That is why I decided to stay here. I learned that it is being renovated and was closed for some time. I don’t know weather to be disappointed with Expedia or the hotel for not being accurate. »

« Checkin was great. The room was not. Having worked in hospitality I try not to judge a stray hair on either a bathroom floor or bed. I do when the bed has multiple and different colors. The white sheets even looked dirty. We went downstairs and just asked for new bedding and remade the two beds. The fridge was almost off and warm when we arrived.
