"This time the bed was a bit lumpy, and the hot tub only had 3 working jets, but the staff is friendly enough and the breakfast is decent"

"Room was filthy. Toilet was clogged and we had to go ask for toilet paper. Tv was unplugged and water was shut off to the sink. The microwave only had one knob that worked. There was also a wet plastic bag and wet toilet paper wadded up in the shower. Took the staff an hour after we checked in to resolve any of the issues."
