This bright and beachy oceanfront condo features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, fun decor and a large private balcony with access from the living room and master. The expansive tiled living room has an oversized blue couch, flat screen tv and amazing ocean views. The tile leads through the dining area that seats six and into the bright colored fully equipped kitchen. The large master bedroom has a king-sized bed, pale green walls and a private bathroom with a soaker tub. Theres another king bedroom, one bedroom with a queen and a fourth bedroom with two queen beds. South Shore Villas offers guests the same luxuries that can be found in 5-Star tropical resorts around the world. Enjoy fabulous resort amenities that include an indoor pool, outdoor pool, outdoor lazy river, large outdoor hot tub, sun decks, grilling areas, and fitness center, all just footsteps away from the beach. Located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, South Shore Villas is within minutes from all the action on Main Street to the north, and renowned shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing to the south. The beach at South Shore Villas is also close to oceanfront parasailing and banana boat rides, something exclusive to the Crescent Beach area.

The location is Excellent with easy parking. The condo itself is misrepresented. The bed linens and towels were clean, but that’s about it. The floors were dirty and carpet stained. We went out and bought Clorox wipes to clean surfaces, washed out the mop and mopped the kitchen and dining area floors. Kitchen: dishwasher has broken wheels on racks and they constantly required manual lifting to put in place. Dining area: chairs filthy covered with food stains from spills. Used hand towels to cover. Bathrooms: All had baseboards dirty with areas of rotting. One of the bathrooms: #4 towel rack missing ( torn off wall). Found under the sink. Walls dirtyAnother bathroom has a broken toilet roll holder. In the master and Bathroom #4 rusty water came out when we turned on the water. This did clear after running for awhile. Bedroom #4 the mattress was uneven found filth on the bed frame. The balcony definitely has a beautiful view but we were disappointed to find a number of broken chairs. I brought my family here from out of state and was embarrassed at the condition of this rental. Gym: most equipment non functioning and several rusty. Definitely not as pictured Positives: location; games, puzzle and dvds for entertainment. Washer and dryer functional. Outdoor pools nice and lazy river warm. For general information: bring any supplies you need.

Holiday Vacation

This was a great property for our family. Right on the beach. Nice size indoor heated pool. Heated outdoor hot tub. Size of the condo was very nice for the 9 of us. We all had our own bathrooms. It is very conviently located close to Barefoot Landing and a sh pool rt drive to Boardwalk at the Beach. We will stay here again.

Great vacation experience for the family!

The unit was more than I had expected. It was clean and very well decorated, and the fact that it was oceanfront was more than enough for our family. The proximity to restaurants and shopping centers was also a plus. We would definitely book this unit again.
