"Too noisy not only the train that passing but also the people living near by who’s talking so loudly until dawn. Staff not being helpful. The idea of minimalism is good but sacrificing the comfort of the customer not good( no fridge, no kettle and glasses, and no vault inside the room) not a water dispense nearby, no cleaning until after 3rd night. I don’t get the service and amenities I paid for ( high price tag) . "

"The hotel staff was very unfriendly. Also the room had two lights that were out and a broken shower drain plug. I let the front desk know but they didn’t do anything to address the situation. On the positive side: the breakfast is amazing, the location is excellent and close to the train, and cafe is delicious."

"The hotel was very clean and cozy. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful but the restaurant staff let the team down. I once tried to order room service and the restaurant would not pick up the phone and then when they finally picked it up, they hung up the phone right away. When I asked at reception, I was told that the restaurant must be very busy. I also had another unpleasant experience at the restaurant during breakfast. I walked towards an empty table that was free and as I put the plate down, the waiter came over and told me to move because another couple wanted to sit there. The couple came over with their plates and I was just standing there, not knowing what to do with myself… he did not even offer a different table, just told me to move, it was such an unpleasant experience and so, so rude to treat guests like this. This really took away from the whole experience, I think that if the restaurant staff were professional and friendly, I’d give a 5 star rating. "
