Very clean. Airport shuttle is convenient. Very close to the airport.

The breakfast buffet was unbelievably good. Such a wide selection of meals. So worth it!

Excellent hotel. Great amenities. The only negative was the cost of the buffet breakfast, but it was good.

Room was spacious, clean and enjoyable. Great sleep. Food in the food court was plenty of variety and tasty. Overall had a great stay.

They offered vouchers for free welcome drinks at a café in their hotel. They upgraded us from queen to a king suite for free upon check-in! The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

A very comfortable stay, the breakfast is delicious and the shuttle bus is useful.

Perfect with the airport free shuttle

The staff was so wonderful and their service was amazing. It is a gem of a hotel with beautiful luxurious rooms and excellent food. The only problem was a week prior or to arrival when their Reservations Manager refused to credit me back with one days lodging since the airline changed their flights. As a result I didn’t want to lose the reservation and agreed to pay the night I couldn’t show - but then the hotel threatened to cancel or charge me higher. I had booked for 9 nights and prepaid....

comfortable, big, clean

Sa localisation et son confort.

Bubble bath in the bathroom and the furniture look was elegant.

Great price. Nice location, friendly and accommodating staff, a little outdated room but clean, firm bed and good pillows. Shower works well. (Hot & cold). Breakfast was only toast, cereal and coffee, still very thankful as it is already a bonus.. I will definitely check in again at Hotel Queen when I go back to Korea. ❤️

Nice location for a stopover flight. Convenient to restaurants and ocean for walks.

So close to Unseo station, Lotte Mart and other stores. With free shuttle bus to and from hotel. Be mindful that the bus is only on Terminal 1. So if you need to go to Terminal 2: just go to 3F then take the shuttle at bus stop #8 going to Terminal 2. Thank you Howard Johnson.
