Museum of Maya Culture Tours and Activities

It was far from the city and we asked to pay one night but not the second no response from the hotel. We did not stay there. Way to many stairs for my husband’s bad knees

The staff are great here and make you feel like family. 5 stars. Food and drinks were great everything we ate was delicious.The bed was very comfortable. We had a great stay-no problems or complaints just some suggestions or wishes. As others have mentioned some lotions would be nice also robes. Tissues and washcloths too. Our rooms were very spacious (105&106) had beautiful views. They were so spacious we were tempted to bring the chairs in from the deck so we could sit up and read as it rained most of our stay.-there is room for 2nice chairs FYI

Don’t think twice about clicking on and reserving at MÍA Hotel and Resort! Excellent location and service! Our little family of 4 truly enjoyed our stay. While the lagoon and location are absolutely breathtaking, it is the people that made our experience so memorable and wonderful; especially, Andrea “Gong” (Reception); Daniel, Angel and Manuel (Hunab Ku Servers); Ignacio (Pontoon Tour Guide); Alondra (Sip and Paint); and Leydi (Reception).
