"Na chegada, nos deparamos com uma longa escada de acesso - com duas malas grandes (acima de 20kg/cada), mais duas malas de bordo e mochilas... Tivemos de enfrentar, com a boa vontade e ajuda da recepacionista que nos atendeu. Uma vez na pequena sala da recepção, um sofá rasgado nos chamou a atenção; será que entramos numa fria? Um pequeno, mas estreito corredor de acesso (típico de uma moradia e não de um hotel) nos levou aos nossos aposentos - modesto mas limpo e muito bem arrumado, porém, sem espaço para as bagagens... Banheiro espaçoso, ducha muito boa (sem box de vidro - apenas cortina) e uma área externa triangular fechada (sem vista, senão para o céu) com 2 sofás desgastados pelo sol e chuva. Cama confortável, mas vale ressaltar que não há blackout, então o despertador natural (luz do dia) nos acordava impretervelmente por volta da 6h00 da manhã. Por outro lado, a partir do final da tarde, impossível se dedicar aà leitura de qualquer coisa impressa, mesmo com todas as lâmpadas e abajures acesos! Nã está incluso o "desayuno" (café da manhã), mas há uma máquina de café expresso, chaleira, chá e torradeira (sem os pães) disponíveis em uma área de serviço."

"Fiesta Americana on Reforma has been my go-to for years now and I don't see that changing. Sure, there are nicer hotels in CDMX, but for the price, I think this property is top-of-class. As someone who travels a lot for work, a hotel's gym is super important to me and for Mexico City, this hotel has one of my favorite gyms. I've been coming here for years, and I don't see that changing."

"The building is unmarked. The front door is fogged glass, also unmarked. Check your e-mails for the special passcode to enter at the front door to give you access to the lobby. The person at the lobby was very helpful and patient and explained the check-in process. There's no AC, but the room temperature was comfortable without it. The location of the hotel was excellent! Major attractions within walking distance. Street noise was not too loud or often. Some guests were loud in the hallways. The hotel has the basic necessities without too much unnecessary decor and facilities. I recommend this place as comfortable, simple, budget friendly."
