Amazing stay at Art Tanat, the staff were super helpful and the location is perfect. We felt safe (we arrived at 2am and someone was there for us) and the room had everything you would need during your stay. Only downside is that the windows don't have a great noise cancellation so you'll hear horns and people talking outside.

Great location for stay in Mexico City - especially if it’s your first time. Very safe for solo female travelers too. Code entry for room. To get into building, you ring a bell and you are buzzed in. Elizabeth at front desk was so helpful and great. Daniel who was manning the front door was also helpful. They were able to accommodate late checkout and was able to leave luggage at hotel after checkout while exploring more. Parque Mexico is close by.. also a lot of great street food around. Safe to walk around at night in the area. Easy to get uber to go wherever you want. Overall I’d stay here again when I visit Mexico City again.

We stayed for two weeks and it was perfect. Great location, super friendly staff, amazing room with a great view and the amenities were very helpful: we ended up cooking 4-5 dinners in. Honestly we had NO complaints, total dream.

This is a terrific location, a bit off the beaten path, but close to Condessa and Roma Norte. The staff were very courteous. The room is really a small apartment, and one could stay here comfortably and cook if needed.

The rooms are light, airy and spacious, beds comfortable, WiFi excellent, kitchenette reasonably well supplied for warming up food or very simple cooking. The outdoor balcony is narrow, but nicely set up a drink outside. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms of the Tanat were charming, with excellent staff, and walkable streets with tree canopies, and nice shops and cafes around. I’d highly recommend the Tanat for a safe, comfortable, authentic place to stay in Mexico City.
