Four of us stayed at the Twin Trees for a girls night out, and it was a wonderful place! We ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel over the two days, and everything was top notch! The front desk manager (Becke?) is excellent at her job - she helped us get taxis and generally handled all of our questions with grace and humor. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the Ballina region.

Marie was such a kind host! We had a lovely stay. The room was spotless and the bed was very nice. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast as well. Marie sent us off with some sightseeing recommendations too! Highly recommend.

A very pleasant hotel. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool, sauna and steam room were a great bonus and actually worked really well. There weren’t many people using them, so it was nice and relaxing. Dinner was reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily come back.

"Huge, beautiful room. Breakfast was very good and varied. Lovely pool and spa area, although didn't get a chance to use it. About 20 minutes walk downhill to bars and restaurants and uphill afterwards which was ok for us but it is quite steep. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely love ..."
