"This place is remodeling. The parking lot looks like a construction site. Floors four and five are in the final stages of the remodel and need just a few minor touch ups and a good cleaning. Everything else is under construction. The fitness center, the pool, and the kitchen are all closed, so no hot breakfast. I am sure once everything is finished and all the trash is cleaned up, it will be nice. As of right now, this place is in a state of disarray. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at a villa in Surfside Beach, South Carolina, United States! The property was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described if not better.The space was thoughtfully designed, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The amenities were a huge bonus the fitness rooms and pools were great and made the stay even more enjoyable.The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, but still close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. Check-in and communication with the host were seamless and responsive, which made the entire experience even better.We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape!"

Nicely decorated and appointed with anything & everything you need. The owner was very helpful and provided us with several tips on local favorites. Loved it!!!"
