"The room and rest of the hotel were clean; the staff was very courteous. The only issue was that we didn't get the room I booked. I had booked a king accessible and we were given a double queen non-accessible. I also did not know the hotel doesn't have an elevator. Since we were given a non-accessible room, we had to go upstairs and my husband has health issues that make stairs difficult, but we made do."

"The room needed repainting, there was a quarter inch dust on the nightstand lightbulb, the floor lamp did not work, the towels and sheets were thin/torn and stained, and the air conditioner worked only intermittently."

"We stayed at this amazing cabin for 5 nights. It was absolutely perfect. Peaceful and serene. It was completely stocked with utensils and even spices and coffee. It is set back in the woods and away from the hustle and bustle of city life yet was only a short drive to Murray to anything and everything you could possibly need. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful cabin in the woods."

"I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. This property had roaches and smelled of smoke, even though I requested a non smoking room. I brought the issue to staff and asked to speak to a manager to request a refund and was told one would not be available until Monday and they had no authority to process a refund. There was another couple complaining of roaches as well. Terrible hotel!!"
