2/10 Terrible

"The hotel was largely vacant, with several areas boarded up. The entrance had dirty floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and there was no attendant at the front desk; instead, a kiosk was available for assistance. Inside our room, we noticed a few hairballs on the floor, and the mirrors were dirty. When my daughter accidentally spilled her water bottle, I used a towel to dry the floor, but the towel turned black after wiping up the spill. It was clear that the room hadn’t been swept or mopped in months."

"I require a walk-in shower and height adjustable shower chair. Both were provided making my stay enjoyable. I have to sleep in a recliner or chair for my back. The room included a sitting area with two chairs one which reclined. The included breakfast was great, I enjoyed bagels, lite yogurt, and cereal. I had no problems with the keys to the room and the tv performed as needed."
