My overall experience was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my stay. However, there are a few minor details that I hope the hotel management will consider addressing to further improve the guest experience.
I believe the hotel entrance would benefit from some renovation, particularly the carpets, which appear to need refreshing. My room, No. 201, was excellent, and the bathroom was also very good. However, both clearly show signs of age. The room carpets and the upholstered headboard would benefit from deep cleaning or, ideally, replacement as part of a refurbishment.
These are only minor observations, as my overall experience was excellent. With a little attention to these details, the hotel could further enhance its already very good standards.
Overall, I recommend this hotel and definitely ill stay next time in it

"Staff and location was great. To allow people of any culture to wear sandals with exposed feet in the dining room is disgusting. Please stop allowing this...it might acceptable in eastern culture but not in US or Europe."

"Our stay was very disappointing. Staff seemed very not interested in being helpful from the moment we arrived. We had large pieces of luggage and the staff member that checked us in told us to use an elevator that caused us to have to carry our luggage up a set of stairs after getting off the elevator ..."
