Good overall. Lovely staff who could not be more helpful. My aircon broke and they fixed it and repainted the wall within 30 mins! Decent restaurant but pricey if you aren’t all inclusive. Nice location within walking distance of the main town area.

Ich hatte zwei Kakerlaken bei mir im Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage hat laut gequietscht und wurde auf Nachfrage nicht repariert. Das Gym war nicht gut ausgestattet. Das Restaurant war gut. Der Strand wunderschön!

I could not praise the staff enough at this hotel - they are all so friendly, helpful and super attentive. The food options were excellent and the buffet meals changed daily (with a few consistent staples. Whilst I agree with some reviews that the rooms are a bit outdated - they were always cleaned properly. The rest of the hotel was not outdated (and who spends enough time in the hotel room to care about it being outdated) and had a good blend of natural elements to make every part of the hotel enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Disappointing stay. Beautiful location but things like the cleaners taking towels and not replacing them, which happened every day, black mould in the pool of the swim up rooms and swim up bar, cats roaming around all bars and restaurants, even in kitchen areas and on furniture and not being able to book à la carte restaurants during the stay as they were allegedly fully booked but then appeared to have ample availability each evening made it a disappointing experience.
