"It was good a good experience "

"The bathtub was nice, often they are too small in hotels in Korea. The air conditioning works well also. Shopping is also close by which is nice. Also not far from the subway."

"Really close to Olympic Park"

"Property is well maintained, staff was great and friendly. What I didn’t like was the location of the hotel… My uber got lost the day of the check in but even like that is very close to the Lotte World Tower which is very popular here in South Korea"

"Cost aligned with location, facilities, and service. Overall positive experience."

"The location of the hotel was very good. Really liked the locality and very close to the lotte world and metro station. The CU opposite to the hotel it was very accessible."

"very good restaurants around"

"It was only for one night. We slept very good. The beds very comfortable and the shower very clean. I totally recommend"

"The room was very clean and quiet. Staff was helpful. Overall, a good place to stay."

"Dirty sheet , uncomfortable bed"

"Booked Hotel Louize because there were no other hotels available on a holiday weekend. We were a group of friends that booked the 1 standard bed and 1 twin bed. The location was very convenient, the staff was very nice (but did not speak english), and the room was spacious for South Korea. However, the ambiance was extremely weird - old building, small hotel (~35 rooms), hallways and rooms painted black, eerie decor and mirrors. It felt a little bit creepy as the building was old, elevator was...

"Everything is ok. But it is no good that the rooms located at 4th 5th floor without elevator."

"The rooms are very small and dirty. The bathroom smelled of urine, way too small, and poor quality. We will never go back to that hotel or that area again."

"We Loved staying at the AC Palace hotel, very clean, modern and spacious! I would definitely stay here again!"

"This apartment was so lovely. Great to have the free laundry service. Very easy to get about from here with close subway. Staff were kind and helpful."
