The front desk personnel was extremely nice, kind and helpful and friendly. They all speak english as well. The hotel is near many restaurants, convenience stores and the train station is about a 5 mins walk as well. The room was very clean and it's cleaned daily. There is a small refrigerator in the room for your convenience and they also provide free bottled waters in your room. Truly a wonderful, very pleasant stay! Personal service, personal care, and personal courtesy. We suffered an airport luggage fiasco and the staff made calls, coordinated logistics, and our luggage appeared in the lobby within the day of initiated the service. The breakfast is a fair price for a mix of western and Korean staples, good if you have a family and don’t want to fight a commute to start the day. Pro tip: if you reserve the breakfast before 12pm on the prior day, there’s a 2000 KRW discount. The room is efficient and a cocoon of quiet to get rested for the travel plans on the next day.
