« The place was really nice and cozy and had all the amenities you need for a long stay! In the area there a lot of local stalls and supermarkets which was nice. Canggu was only a 10 minute drive from the villa so we spent most of our time there. Only down fall when booking this place was I didn’t realise how far it would be from the main city. But all good things we really enjoyed our stay, and will be back in the near future!! Thanks guys! »

« In the Villa I loved the service, the food cooked on site, the location right by the beach and the four bedrooms we used (the two we didn’t were quite small. No movie room so we set up a projector with the help of the Villa staff. I’ve suggested they make that a feature. It’s a quiet area but the downside of that is only the Lyma Beach Bar, a coffee shop and small grocery store in walking distance. »

« I stayed 7 days and wont be back. It wasn't the worst in Bali. Im guessing because of where the villa is the water out of the taps smelt like sewage. We felt very unsafe at night. I know Bali's a beautiful please but due to a number of thing's, we just didn’t. Heaps of dogs around the villa and area, which is fine but you hear them getting hurt all night. The area is a pain to get to anything. Takes an hour to get to Seminyak and 40 minutes to get to canggu central. We understood there was a...

« Yes its a beautiful location and beautifully designed villa. Its very uncomfortable to stay due to too many employees. Essentially we stay in bedrooms that are arms distance apart looking into another’s room all glass- I felt constantly exposed even tho curtains who wants to be shut off to the beauty, its jus a cheap plan. Employees all over feels no privacy or intamacy, contanstantly cooking n didn’t feel as if my place to do as i wish- which was what i was lookin for, business trip i look for...

"❌ Very Disappointing Experience – Not the Hilton Standard Our stay at Hilton Bali Resort Nusa Dua was extremely disappointing and far below what we expect from a five-star Hilton property. From the beginning, the welcome was mediocre. On our first day, when we returned from an excursion in the evening, we found that our room had not been cleaned at all. Trash bins were full and had attracted ants, which were crawling throughout the room. Attempts to reach reception by phone were unsuccessful. When my son went to speak directly to the Duty Manager, her attitude was aggressive and inappropriate. Instead of apologizing, she suggested it might be our fault and spoke about conducting an “investigation,” which was unacceptable. Housekeeping eventually came, but the ant problem was not resolved. My 12-year-old daughter was very frightened, and I had to deal with the remaining ants myself. The following evening, a glass water bottle (the hotel provides drinking water in glass bottles) fell and shattered in the bathroom while my daughter was showering. Broken glass was everywhere, and she could not exit safely. Once again, reception did not answer for approximately 15–20 minutes. I had to collect the broken glass myself to make the bathroom safe and slightly injured myself in the process. Although the bathroom was cleaned the next morning, the cleaning was dangerously incomplete. Later, my son attempted to take a bath and felt glass fragments against his back when he sat in the b"

"L’hôtel Grand Hyatt Bali est bien situé et les parties communes sont agréables, mais l’établissement est clairement vieillissant. Notre chambre, en plus d’être très éloignée de la réception, présentait une odeur d’humidité extrêmement forte et persistante. Cette odeur rendait le séjour inconfortable et nous empêchait de dormir correctement. Inacceptable pour un hôtel cinq étoiles de ce niveau. Grosse déception malgré le potentiel du lieu."
