« The property management company is terrible. They send me a rental agreement to sign 3 times. It was the exact same rental agreement. They quoted me 3 different pet fees but charged me a completely different price than the first 3 prices they emailed me. They require a damage deposit through SuperHog which is not stated in the listing and that was twice the price I paid for a short 2 night stay. Then they kept saying they sent me check-in instructions even though they hadn’t. All my grievances...

"The hotel is truly amazing, with a one-of-a-kind setting. The welcome is impeccable: valet service, fresh homemade lemonade, golf cart to transport luggage, very spacious casitas, and high-quality dining. Two downsides: the queen-size bed is rather surprising for a luxury hotel — and really small. As for the main pool with its stunning view, it’s so popular that by noon it’s impossible to find two loungers, as it’s already packed since early morning. We ended up relegated to the adults-only pools, which have more in common with public pools than with a luxury hotel."
