The train is nearby and you can walk into town very easily. NAU is just a a few blocks. Our historic home has many great modern features but heating and cooling are not one of them. We do have a great radiant heating system in the winter along with extra portable units. In the hotter summer months, we can supply window or portable air conditioning systems plus fans to keep you comfortable. Upon booking, expect a message with a link to our rental agreement. Our cancellation policy states that a 100% refund will be given up to 30 days before arrival, and 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival. The best thing about this property is the location. Ten minute walk to NAU, High Country Conference Center anf 1899 Bar and Grill. 5 minute walk to breakfast and coffee. 3 minute walk on Saturday to Flagstaff Farmers Market. And, it was redone and modernized inside, which made for a very comfortable stay. The location was perfect - a short walk from downtown restaurants and shops, and close to biking trails. It is clean and modern, even though the house is historic and over 100 years old. The kitchen well appointed. And it is within walking distance to downtown restaurants and breweries.
