"People at the front desk were very nice; hotel was very clean. Ended up being further away than we thought, but well worth the extra time/drive. Would definitely stay here again. AC was cold as well- all around fantastic stay!! "
"A quaint boutique historic hotel with a cool little bar and fine dining. The view from our room overlooking the garden and lush lawn added to the tranquil atmosphere that we were hoping for. The owners were pleasant and friendly. "

Cozy Historic Hilltop Cottage with Mount Ascutney View
10/10 Excellent
"We wanted to be close to Great River Outfitters and we were. We also enjoyed White River Junction, Woodstock, alpacas, Sugarbush Farm and lots of good food and beer.We encountered a large spider web inside the back door and found the huge spider owner on the fireplace. I don't mind them so mush but My daughter had to dust for other crawlies. We could have used air conditioning the first night as it was so humid but other nights were quite pleasant."
Country Home next to Blow-Me-Down Covered Bridge in the Old Cornish Art Colony!
10/10 Excellent
"I LOVED this house! It was such an incredible stay! The rooms were lovely, the house was old and quirky (ie: the hallway is a bit crooked, and some of the windows are low - amazing handmade details). I was entranced by all the art, and every room made me more and more in love with our cute weekend in the Central Valley! Even my son (5) loved this house. He kept asking if we could live there! It just had such a homey feel, and had everything we needed. I would recommend it to anyone, but maybe only my closest friends :)"
Panoramic Mountain View, Lots To Do, Or Enjoy Doing Nothing
10/10 Excellent
"We stayed in this awesome home 2nd time and had wonderful relaxed time.Becky/Rob very prompt in response. We love the panaromic views from the huge deck and truly enjoyed the stay "
"Exceeded expectations is all we can say. Everything was accurate from the pictures to the description of the house and property. But they don’t do it justice. What a beautiful place and the view is exceptional. Our family was truly sad to leave and that includes our 2 dogs. We had a great time exploring the area which included hiking, breweries and farms. The red house was central to everything and the hosts were incredible with communication and making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. In addition, they gave us tips on places to visit which were very helpful. I cannot say it enough about how beautiful and clean the house was. Vermont is such a great place to visit and we cannot wait to return. The red house would be our first choice to stay in the future."

"The cabin is incredibly spacious with plenty of activities. The furnishing is all fantastic and the area around the cabin is your standard small town Vermont setting. Was a great location for us to visit family in the area."
