Very busy Centro. Be prepared to be approached by scammers promoting a market on calle 62. Check out the artwork at the Governor’s Palace near the zocalo. Wonderful!
Celestun is a wonderful place to go and see the pink flamingos~ we would go there again especially with our driver David (Sorry no last name but you can get it from the Hotel del Gabernador.
Merida is a beautiful city with a unique charm. This was my sixth visit. I will return again.
Great city to enjoy, lots and lots of tourists, many amazing restaurants, streets are usually closed Down for festivals
