Palais à Mountain Village

« This is a very average rental, especially when you consider the high price point. The unit is not a kitchenette "as advertised", and was not well stocked, we ran out of essentials like toilet paper and trash bags. The furnishings are "well used", the hot tub was cold, and there is an adjoining room that the sound bleeds through. Our neighbor had a dog that barked constantly when they left. « Very nice older property right near Gondola. No ac in rooms and windows shut so quite warm when we checked in. The hot tubs and pool were very nice. We had some plumbing issues. Probably a bit overpriced compared to some other properties nearby. We were attending the bluegrass festival and that was fantastic! »

« The staff and the property itself were so excellent! We didn’t even realize how great it would be having valet - they even drove us to and from the gondola while we were there so we didn’t need a car at all, and saved on some walking distance with the valet. Pool and restaurant were a great ambiance. Overall we loved this property and would 100% come back! »

« Great stay here with the fam. Super convenient. Close to the ski access and a short walk to the market and gondolas. Only thing missing is a view! Hot tub not super hot and obviously is communal. The hot water in the place makes up for the hot tub not being hot. Kitchen well equipped. Had everything we needed. Would stay here again. Short walk over to the ski access point. « Kendra was a fantastic host with great communication. We stayed last week of June and the weather was perfect. The gondola was a quick drive with free parking and we spent most of our time in Telluride or hiking. The condo was clean and comfortable for the four of us (2 adults and 2 large teenagers). The kitchen had everything we needed and we were able to rest/relax to begin more adventures the next day. »

« The place is very nice, however it is much smaller than the pictures. We had 4 people and it was full. Only one person can fit into the kitchen. The 2nd bed is in a loft with no door and no privacy. In addition, the bed is not a king, which is only listed in the details. What we did not know is that the whole place is under construction and the whole town was basically empty. The restaurant and lodge were closed, the gondola was closed too.
