Waited 1/2 hours at front desk to hear that there was no planned solution until next day. Woke up to no hot water. Made for a very unpleasant day. »

While the accommodation was very nice, it would have been helpful to include a comment about the closures in the description. « This is a very average rental, especially when you consider the high price point. The unit is not a kitchenette "as advertised", and was not well stocked, we ran out of essentials like toilet paper and trash bags. The furnishings are "well used", the hot tub was cold, and there is an adjoining room that the sound bleeds through. Our neighbor had a dog that barked constantly when they left.
