The linens, some were stained and the utensils were dirty.
In general the staff around the building are excellent but seem to be unlinked to any of the leases so they are no help in the process.
The apartment looked like advertised but better attention to cleaning is a must for the price quoted. The apartment smelled and felt unused for a very long time.

Breakfast was not included. Hotel was centrally located within access to restaurants. The room was nicely appointed yes and I especially liked the duvet. I would highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Winchester.
