"Our check-in staff was awesome, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, to send us with recommendations for dinner and surrounding things to do. As for the hotel, it's very run down and dirty. We felt the need to cover the couch and chairs with blankets and towels, before we could sit on them. Also, the air vents in the room, is so caked with dirt and dust, it was uncomfortable. This hotel was definitely not upto the standards of past stays. I will NOT stay at Country inn and suites ever again, unless I reveiw the property first."
