"The rooms are great. The pool is great. The curtains are made so they do not close. So you have light from the parking lot. I was not informed ahead of arrival that the elevator didn't work. I have COPD. No one offered to help carry bags to the top floor. It took two days to get the first floor. The staff is polite."

"Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed our time at the hotel. However, we were disappointed to find that the mattress was quite dirty and there were no bed sheets on the bed when we arrived. We had to contact the staff and ask someone to bring us sheets. We appreciate the staff’s assistance and thank you for the stay. We hope these cleanliness and preparation issues can be addressed for future guests. Thank you!"
