"Hidden gem located in (what learned ) they call SoDO in a safe area right across ORMC facility. My son and I were in town for a concert at the KIA center which is 5-8 minutes from the Delaney Hotel. We took an Uber to and from the concert. Room was very clean which I highly value when staying at any hotel and check in staff were nice and welcoming. We did not get to try the restaurant, but I certainly hope to be back soon and this hotel will be my first pick."

"We stayed here because we had an early flight from the Sanford airport. The pool was too crowded with unattended noisy kids so we did not venture in. We allso did not stayy for the grab-n-go breakfast which started at 7am. Our room was very nice. Our family would've appreciated comforters on the beds, not just a sheet and thin blanket. Many strip malls within a few miles, restaurants and fast food too."

"My daughter and I went to Orlando to see The Rolling Stones, who were great BTW! We stayed in the Bermuda Tiny house. Don't let the main road it's on discourage you, once you turn in to this little community it's very peaceful and quiet. You will hear the train, ( I happen to love the sound of trains going by.) It's absolutely beautiful sitting outback on the lake, especially in the early evening with the breeze. The property manager, Rich was very nice and the other renters were very friendly. The tiny house was very clean, and comfortable. The ac/heat is adjustable with a remote control, the bathroom was nearly full size! They are pet friendly, I brought my very loving Pittie, and they didn't discriminate by breed. My only cons; The parking, I have a full size truck and it was impossible pulling out without driving on the grass behind me. The other was the bedding. The mattresses were comfortable, but I was glad we packed extra blankets. I love sleeping in a cold room with a thick comforter. The blankets were very thin. The 2 cons doesn't take away from the 5 stars I'm giving, but maybe consider better bedding.That would be perfection! We would definitely stay again."

"I gave service a 2 because we were not told that the eatery on the 1st floor was not the free breakfast and we sat there Tuesday morning after serving ourselves from Buffet, server came to us to let us know the price of $18.99 per person for this breakfast and the free is upstairs on the 2nd floor. Very embarrassing since I was on my second forkful and very comfortable but this buffet was not worth $ 18.99 per person. Also I never received a text from the valet guy after he received my car. We had to wait 20 minutes upon checkout for our car. "
