The apartment itself was great. Clean and exactly what we needed. No parking pass was provided which was inconvenient. Other tenants have thrown trash off their balcony and it smelled 24/7 of weed.

Very disappointing experience unprofessional and disrespectful treatment, My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I was given a room that was in very poor condition, the bathroom was not appropriate maintained , and the walls and ceiling were also in unacceptable condition, what made the experience even worse was the way I was treated by a staff member Nicole , she spoke to me in a very loud and disrespectful manner and slammed the phone down on rhe table while speaking with me . I felt that I was treated differently and unfairly because I am latino. Regardless of a guest’S background or ethnicity, everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy, dignity and respect. The condition of the room was unacceptable, but the disrespectful treatment from the staff made the experience even more upsetting. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses both issues.I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
