I was very disappointed the the pool was closed on hot summer days when I was there in early June. Picnic table in the back was not clean. Breakfast was ok but the eggs were cold. However, the roons were very clean , comfortable and spacious.

While the room layout we had was great for our family (two bedroom suite), the unit was poorly stocked in terms of kitchen equipment. We learned that the pool would be closed for the duration of our stay (and significantly beyond) at check-in, which was disappointing considering we were staying a week with small kids. When we wanted to speak to a manager, they were too busy to hear our concerns. We recommend avoiding this place.

Advertised as having a pool, ( closed for maintenance and had been for a long time), advertised as daily housekeeping ( we were told every other day when we arrived.) Never advised breakfast began at 8, we had to leave for soccer games before 8 and therefore had to buy something we paid for. Smelled marijuana frequently. 1 ice machine for a 6/7 building hotel located far away in the main lobby. I could go on. We paid for many things in the room rate that were available.

We picked this hotel since it offered pool amenity. Upon arrival, we were informed the pool was closed for the season due to renovations. The website ever mentioned the pool was closed. Also, it took over an hour and a half to check in. The room had to be cleaned; this led to melted food items such as ice cream and the icing on the birthday cake. We were very disappointed.
