"The hotel was in a great area and the staff were knowledgeable and pleasant. Would have liked a concierge to help us figure out where we had to go. Breakfast was plentiful but cold. We did like the room and amenities and had a great time. "

"I was told the restaurant started serving breakfast at 6:30, but when I went down the next morning, I found out they didn’t open until 7. The body wash dispenser in the shower was empty & there was no bar soap in the shower. "

"Breakfast was ok and a fairly ok selection. Very basic breakfast. Location is a decent walk to Broadway but the Gulch is close by. Accommodation was pretty good and staff were very helpful. "

"There was plenty of parking and we felt safe to park at the resort. When we arrived on Thursday, the registration line at the cascade area was crowded, but it moved fast and we were checked in about 15 minutes. The workers were very friendly and helpful. The resort was beautiful with gorgeous botanical gardens, tropical plants, plenty of waterfalls and nice walking paths. The hotel room was very clean, neat and comfortable. There were multiple dining areas, and small shops; but very pricy. The Soundwaves waterpark was extremely fun and relaxing. However, its probably best to go between May-August when the outdoor water park area is open as well. We really enjoyed the food at the Old Hickory steakhouse and the Cascade breakfast buffet. The relache spa was amazing as well. Also very pricy. But its always great to get a massage. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this resort. "
