Everything was clean, pool was clean and my son really enjoyed it. The free breakfast was great with a lot of options. The location was perfect for Hershey Park. The only negative was our room was right by elevator which was very noisy and there were a lot of kids there for an event and they were very noisy until late at night which was rude and disruptive. Did not get much sleep, but that’s not really the hotels fault - that’s on the adults who were chaperoning the kids.

The staff here were awesome. After the concert there was karaoke in the bistro- what a crowd pleaser! Room was clean and we requested an end room which was granted!
