"The hotel and staff were the best. The only problem was at check-in. I was informed of an additional charge of $ 374.16 was due for “hotel amenities.” I thought I prepaid when I made the reservation. Nothing was mentioned about additional charges, especially for things I was not going to use."

"The hotel is so unique in decor, it has plenty of food choices inside, entertainment for all and the casino is open 24hrs for us players... lol. You really don't have to leave to go outside to have fun. Rooms are big and comfortable. My room was in most part clean, some sheets on bed had holes and there was someone else's strands of hair in the bathtub when I first went in, other than that it was good. For higher floors they should put high bistro type table and chairs in the room so guest can sit and appreciate the view downwards. Check out was so easy. Thanks to bell room desk service , Also! If you like to walk like me, it's not far from the main strip accion. I would definitely stay here again."
