"I would have liked a coffee pot in the room. It would have been helpful if the coffee shop by the elevators were open earlier. The staff have been very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice, we did have a few minor maintenance problems, which were quickly resolved."

"Everything was really good with the exception of one major issue. When we arrived (at Midnight) we were told that our room wasn't ready and we'd get a replacement at the Horseshoe hotel over the road. How can our room not be ready when we have booked this room months again and check in is from 3pm on day of arrival. the reception staff were apologetic but i just don't get it."
