"Amazing staff"

"Our room was very spacious with comfortable beds. However, the carpet had smell of throw up. We did make complaint, but wasn’t really given any resolution or credit towards our room. I will say the spa was beyond amazing ! All our services we had were amazing. Probably one of the best massages I’ve ever had and the spa itself is three levels. Can’t wait to go back!"

"Besides that there are no people physically present at the lobby everything was great. Lobby was locked for the entire time we were there, so when we needed hot water or plastic spoons and forks - there was nobody to reach out to. "

"The room was nice and recently remodeled. However the lotion dispenser was empty in both rooms I stayed at. In 1 of them the shampoo dispenser was almost empty and the defective showerhead would spray water all over. "
