"Hotellet er et golf-resort, der reklamerer med pool og roof-top bar. Poolen var virkelig lille og lugtede jordslået, så man havde ikke lyst at bade i den. Restauranten på stedet havde desværre en ret dårlig service og mad, der ikke levede op til den ellers flotte beskrivelse i menukortet. Det er en grill-restaurant og kødet var godt og vel tilberedt. "The Parkhotel Matrei has some of the most attentive and friendly staff I’ve met. The hotel gave off “home” feelings and not commercial hotel. The convenience of a front parking lot, gas station & grocery nearby was great and the rooms were perfect size for me and my many bags, as well as a space for me to get my work done. I was also given a holiday gift bag because they knew I’d be alone for the holiday. Just a great place, words don’t do them justice. Definitely will be returning some day!"
