Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker. Die Dame im Frühstücksbereich war umsichtig, freundlich und einfach nur toll. Auch die Zimmermädchen waren sehr freundlich und ordentlich. Das Wasser im Pool war eher zu warm zudem gab es gegen Nachmittag entweder sehr aktive Stechmücken oder beißende Ameisen. Gut, das kann das Hotel nichts dafür, für mich war der Pool dadurch leider eher tabu. Personal an der Rezeption war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.

Ottima scelta.

Personale molto gentile. Camera confortevole e spaziosa. Abbiamo preso una superior composta da camera con letto matrimoniale e salottino tv con divano che dava accesso al balcone. Il frigobar era vuoto e durante la notte abbiamo dell acqua l avremmo proprio voluta… La camera era molto calda. Colazione buona.

una bella scoperta

Andato in Alto Adige per i Mercatini di Natale, abbiamo prenotato in questo hotel situato a Lagundo, molto vicino a Merano. La stanza superior era molto grande e ben arredata. Ottimo il ristorante dove abbiamo cenato tutte le sere del nostro soggiorno.Da consigliare.

Schönes Hotel in Algund

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön auf einer Anhöhe in Algund bei Meran. Besonders zu empfehlen sind auch die Waalwege ganz in der Nähe. Das Hotelpersonal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Un angolo di tranquillità...

Ho passato 5 giorni in questo albergo, colazione buonissima ricca sia di cibi dolci che salati di ottima qualità. Camera un po' piccina (soprattutto il bagno) e forse troppo calda ma nell'insieme è andata bene, c'era anche una splendida visuale. Area relax comoda ed essenziale, anche se i clienti di passaggio dovrebbero essere più educati sia evitando gli schiamazzi che seguendo le norme igeniche.

L'ingresso non è così ben segnalato, siamo stati mandati da un hotel ad un altro in quanto costituito da 3 hotel in totale. Struttura n po' vecchia però il personale è gentile e la colazione ottima. Per una notte, di passaggio, va più che bene.

Waren zu einem Kurzurlaub im Dezember im Ruster Resort. Sehr gute Ausgangslage für Spaziergänge und Besuche der Weihnachtsmärkte in Meran und Umgebung. Das Hotelpersonal sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit.

Ruhige, schöne Lage

Wir waren auf der Durchreise an den Gardasee für eine Nacht im Ruster Resort und haben die ruhige und sehr schöne Lage inmitten der Apfelplantagen sehr genossen. Zimmer war sauber, grosszügig und die Reception äusserst hilfsbereit. Der krönende Abschluss der erholsamen Nacht war das ausgezeichnete, variantenreiche Frühstücksbuffet. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

hotel situato dentro un meraviglioso giardino con piscine e suddiviso in 4 stabili. ottimo e molto caratteristico il ristorante. camere pulite e confortevoli. molto gentile il personale. consigliatissimo!!!!!!!!

Trevligt familjehotell

Rummet var rymligt, trevligt inrett, bekvämt. Fräscht badrum, bra dusch. Vi fick ett vänligt och tillmötesgående bemötande, servicen var god, mycket välstädat. Trevlig pool och soldäck nära rummet, gratis parkering. Hotellet låg strax utanför Merano, ca tio minuters bilresa från centrum. Läget var fint med utsikt upp mot bergen. Restaurangen serverade goda lokala rätter som höll en hög standard.
