"We got the room with the hydro tub which was really awesome and such a cool thing to have in a room, it was like a little spa getaway which was nice. The staff on the other hand was really rude. We got overcharged and they did nothing but make us feel like we didn’t know what we were talking about! We were charged for early check in which was expected and the $100 hold, but they charged the early check in twice, we mentioned this to the front desk and they argued with us and just stated that all that will come out is the $134, yet we have two charges for the $34. They did not seem to care that we had a specific budget and had no compassion whatsoever. Also the breakfast is very standard when it supposedly had excellent ratings. The room and location were great, as well as parking but due to the horrible customer service we will not be coming back."
