"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The young lady at the front desk was lovely, she gave us great information on restaurants and places to visit. The property was older but extremely clean. Our room was great. I would say the only thing that they need to take care of are the mini splits in the rooms. They have a local magazine with what is happening in the community, very helpful."

"Where to start with this place!? The location is OK but it’s gotta be the worst hotel in the Surprise, Sun City Youngtown area. I hardly got sleep due to the fact that the cleaning staff & friends hangout there by the front office till almost 10 at night, smoking weed & drinking. If it wasn’t them it was the cartel I gave it an overall two stars, only due to the fact that there was a room with bed to sleep in and the office staff was friendly."
