Morris Vacation Rentals

"The house is under going multiple improvements. None of which effect staying in the house. There are window units in every room for a/c. The WIFI available is subpar so working remotely was near impossible and even streaming a show on the living room tv proved to be difficult. Towels and bedding were adequate. We did not use the stovetop or microwave/ toaster oven combo but they seemed in operating order. Only having one bathroom can be difficult but something we were prepared for already. Only...

"This is a Cooperstown gem! Sandra is a great host and very responsive. As for the property, a great location and short ride from Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown. Plenty of space for a few families and the adjacent cottage was an added bonus that let us spread out a little more. Can't forget the pool out back and the woods all around. Highly recommend to all looking!"

"This is an historic home with beautiful details and quirks that only older homes will have. It is a perfect location between Downtown Cooperstown and Cooperstown Dreams Park, which made it great for our baseball family. There is a lovely yard with a fire pit and a beautiful creek for fishing or just enjoying the view. The owners were very communicable and made sure to do everything to make our stay comfortable."
