Morongo Valley Vacation Packages

The pool was noticeably dirty, with paper towels floating in the water, and there were no clean pool towels available on day two. Several in-room amenities were also not functioning — the internet did not work, the TV was not operational, and even the phone in the room was broken. We attempted to contact the front desk to report these issues, but no one followed up or returned our call, which was especially frustrating. Originally, when we booked, we booked an upstairs room. But at the time of check-in, it was unavailable and they moved us on the ground floor. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, multiple maintenance issues, and poor customer service made our stay below expectations. We hope these concerns are addressed for future guests.

All around fabulous

Everything was great instead of things where you see something else on the Expedia program and something different appears in the hotel. There is no restaurant there are no food court as they are mentioning in them app. And the water in the golf area are not the same which are on the program. We are seeing.

This hotel is beautiful by the pool and golf course. The first floor was beautiful, clean and well kept, however they put us on the fourth floor, maybe because we bought through Expedia but that floor was dirty, smelled bad, old and not well kept. The tub clogged and filled up while showering, the AC did not work and the TV had the worst signal, kept freezing. Staff is great and service was great, since we only stayed one night we dealt with the issues instead of complaining but good for people to know for longer stays.
