« Wow ! Wow ! C'était fantastique. Nous avions la chambre du coin # 201 king bed. La vue sur les montagnes était magnifique, tres bien située, à quelques pas à pieds des sentiers de la Bell Rock mountain. La chambre grande, lit confortable. Douche vitrée grande avec distributeur de savon, shampoo et rince ( produits de qualite avec superbe odeur). Les serviettes blanches immaculées, épaisses. Petite cafetière pour un café avec capsule. Le foyer était un plus intéressant à l'ambiance. L'accueil...

« Chambre spacieuse, propre, confortable, bien agencée. Personnel sympathique. De toutes nos vacances aux Etats-Unis c'est de loin dans cet hôtel que nous avons eu le meilleur "complimentary breakfast". Après comme je l'ai lu dans beaucoup de commentaires il est vrai qu'il est un peu mesquin de faire payer 15$ de parking par nuit. Autant intégrer cette somme directement dans le prix puisqu'il est difficile de se rendre dans cet hôtel autrement qu'en voiture... Mais dans tous les cas c'est une...

"I paid for six nights at this hotel and specifically requested a room with a direct view of the red rocks. Despite this clear request, I was not given the room I paid for, which felt like a misrepresentation of what was promised. I tried to resolve the issue immediately with the manager on duty, A@, who told me to return on the 29th and assured me the room would be changed. When I came back on that date, A@ was not at work, and the rest of the staff had no record or knowledge of what he had promised. There was no follow-up, no note, and no solution—showing a serious lack of professionalism and coordination. I am a business owner managing multiple companies and employees, and based on my professional experience, I am confident that A@ does not demonstrate the skills required for a managerial role. His handling of the situation showed poor communication, lack of accountability, and weak leadership. The only reason we stayed was because the woman working that shift was extremely kind and genuinely tried her best to help us, which I truly appreciated. She showed far more professionalism than management. On a positive note, the food was excellent, the bar staff were very friendly, and the cocktails were outstanding. Unfortunately, the management failure overshadowed what could have been a great stay."

"Chambre spacieuse, propre, confortable, bien agencée. Personnel sympathique. De toutes nos vacances aux Etats-Unis c'est de loin dans cet hôtel que nous avons eu le meilleur "complimentary breakfast". Après comme je l'ai lu dans beaucoup de commentaires il est vrai qu'il est un peu mesquin de faire payer 15$ de parking par nuit. Autant intégrer cette somme directement dans le prix puisqu'il est difficile de se rendre dans cet hôtel autrement qu'en voiture... Mais dans tous les cas c'est une bonne adresse à Sedona."
