"The apartment was clean and ok, BUT italianway's organization was a nightmare! We went directly to the adress of the apartment, tried to call Italianway but there telephone line was busy for over 45 minutes and we couldn't talk to anyone. I checked there homepage, wrote an e-mail to their customer service telling that we were waiting in front of the apartmen. After 5 minutes they called us that they couldn't send anyone there to bring the keys - we had to walk another 20 minutes to their...

"For a quick little spot near the airport, this place is great. Can walk to and from the Airport and Metro to get around town or other stations. Staff was nice, and helpful. Shower in my room was a good size for me but I can see how they might be a bit too narrow for some. Overall great experience!"
