We did not ask for our room to be cleaned/new towels but it was anyway. That was nice. This sink remained clogged so probably needs a more extensive fix. The windows are very thin. We could hear people speaking in the street six levels down. Beds are hard as rocks and this usually isn't a problem. Please discount the rate for themissing so many items right now. PS plain refrigerators are NOT mini bars!

Staff was not friendly. Kids were running and screaming down the halls and meeting right in front of our room. No one would do anything, because parenting is hard, so I opened and door and told them we were trying to sleep. I had to be the angry old man to kids, but if they had a single parent around I could have had a conversation with adults. These were kids that could have had bad things happen to them because they were unsupervised and running about, but again, I’m sure they will be fine raising themselves. Place looked really nice and breakfast was ok. Breakfast did take a long time because they had one server that could not keep up and her attitude reflected her being overwhelmed. Wish the bathrooms were cleaner, hallways had bags of trash sitting outside rooms. Smelled like dogs. Could be a nice place with cleaning, friendly staff, another staff for serving and monitoring younger guests.

"The EV charger is a game changer for me. My son’s girlfriend goes to Morehead but there are no superchargers within an hour of the school. When we first visited I had to plan a stop in Lexington and then make sure I had enough battery to get back. So much more convenient. The hotel was clean, breakfast ..."

"We had a room on the ground floor in the front of the hotel. They just have a white shade at the window. The bright lights were coming through the window and we could not sleep. I recommend that they put up room darkening curtains up."
