There was a misunderstanding on booking on my part as I was not sure what days I would stay in Arequipa, The staff bent over backwards to a accommodate me and help me out. The place is really nice and close to points of interest.

This was a great hotel. Near the plaza but without all crowds. Breakfast was ready each morning at 6sm with many options. The front desk staff was always helpful and courteous
