"Very tired and run down unit, smells, demanding a $100 bond, clean bed, basically a bed for the night. Permanent renters noisy, smoking outside door & shouting till late. Close to tram in to town though."

"A very comfortable place to stay overnight or for a few days. Unfortunately the television doesn’t work as expected. Many of the free to air channels don’t work. Tried retuning the tv but I think the tv needs to be replaced in that room. "

"A bit dated. Cleaners should pay a bit more attention to the cleaning. Lots of hair in the shower drain..food scraps in the kitchen sink..plastic tag bits on the carpet."

"A smile from the check in really makes a difference I feel. Great location and close to shops etc. we did watch one of the cleaning staff count out some cutlery but did it on the ground and a pretty disgusting habit to be honest. She then took them into a room coming back empty handed. We were placed right next to where people gathered to smoke and as non smokers we couldn’t leave a window open. The bathroom definitely had a musty smell to it and required better ventilation "
