"The room A/C was only just tolerable in this miserable climate. The desk clerk was rude and snippy. (Hire somebody white to get an IQ over 75 next time, Best Western.) The "desk" had a damaged leg and wobbled. The bathroom floor was greasy and the towels rather thin. The TV was not connected to the Internet and had no antenna for over-the-air channels, making it unwatchable. The Internet connection failed, in fact, and had to reconnect several times. When you do more poorly than the Quality Inn in your same town, which was no bargain either, that's not a good mark. "
