You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Gorgeous view of Lake Chicot from 2nd Story Balcony!

Converted upstairs of an 1800's carriage house the room was used to dry pecans before being turned into a 1 bedroom apartment with king size bed. A step down Jacuzzi jet bathtub & shower. Completely furnished with linens, dishes, pots pans, glasses, & silverware. Living room with an additional twin bed.  
  
2nd story renovated 1800 carriage house.  
  
Warning: this unit is located up an iron stair case. For some guests this might be challenging, all other units are located on ground floor!!!!  
  
Boat ramp fishing pier fish cleaning station  
  
Daily service or weekly if long term  
  
Very peaceful!  
No smoking in cabin.  
  
If you bring a grill to barbecue must be placed on grass at least 10 feet from cabin.  
  
Quiet time after 10 pm.
