"Clean. Beautifully renovated. Had everything we needed. Convenient for walking around for restaurants, bars, venues."

"There was no breakfast, (cereal but no milk, coffee but no cups or creamer, bagles and toast but no toaster, waffle maker but no syrup) fitness room equipment was all broken, no free weights. Room was dirty with stains on walls, pictures, bathroom door and there was no maid service. When I brought my complaints to the front desk she just blew me off saying they were short staffed. Totally unacceptable, I was in town for a billiards tournament and told the organizers to NEVER put this hotel on their list in the future, I know I will never stay here again!!"

Pubic hair in the tub and dried up urine all over the toilet. Ive been going there for years in our yearly trip to knobles and every year its worse and worse. This was our last year. "
