Room was cleaned everyday, bathroom could do with a bit of love but still clean and tidy. Jacuzzi bath didn’t work. Comfy beds and good aircon. Staff very helpful at breakfast and bringing towels by the pool. Lots of breakfast choices. Amazing views of Sorrento and Mount Vesuvius and the sunset is unreal. Shuttle bus every hour in to town.

The views from my balcony were amazing. The hotel was clean, and the pool was cold, and the free breakfast was delicious. My one issue was there wasn't a shuttle option into the city center, so we had to walk 20 minutes each way and the hotel is up a hill. Otherwise, everything was great!

WAs upset that there was no beach club as stated they did offer to call and used another beach club facilities for 90 euros for beach loungers...very helpful staff.

We enjoyed the hotel accommodation - lovely views to bed the sea, spacious, comfortable and beautiful linen. We found the pool and sea swimming areas to be inviting and well staffed, the food great and parking was included. The staff were really lovely, professional and helpful.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The hospitality was exceptional, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The views, accommodations, and overall experience were simply unforgettable. The staff not only helped us book our restaurants but they recommended only the best! We wanted a cooking class experience - they booked that too! From the ride to the location to making sure we came back to the hotel. This was, without a doubt, one of the highlights of our trip to the Amalfi Coast, the views were spectacular. You’d think you had the hotel to yourself, the distribution of all the sections of the hotel were designed to perfection. The breakfast was incredible, absolutely not a continental breakfast but more of a 5 star restaurant experience. From the linen, to the waiters and the quality was superb! Our room was by far stunning and the photos on the website are beautiful but in person the room was so big and gorgeous! Walking around the hotel at night was romantic and stunning and it’s views all around. We left with beautiful memories and are already looking forward to returning. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate you won’t be disappointed. We booked a dinner as well here because the breakfast experience was so amazing! This too was 5 stars! Thank you for making our stay so special!
