"Room showed its age. Pull out sofa bed mattress was but a few inches thick; our 45lb child complained they could feel the metal bed frame through the mattress, so I can’t imagine an adult using it. Also, avoid rooms near the pool, which gets rather noisy until it closes at ~9pm and can be heard from inside the room. On the positive side, the location cannot be beat with walkout access to Tremblant’s village centre."

"Everything was great, only expected a patio. Not all the rooms have them. The lockers were amazing, parking was excellent. Accessed the lifts out the door and maybe 40 metres. Perfect!"

"Property is rundown. Rooms were clean. We had an issue with an upgrade from a double room to a two bedroom suite. Management staff didn’t try to help while IHG made a mistake. Cost us 300$ more than what was advertised, manager didn’t help. Overall very disappointing, we could have stayed across the street, on the sunny side. This is what we’ll do next time. Shame on you for trying to make me believe you have no control over the rates. This is bullcrap. Breakfast was good."
